COTIZACIÓN . A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, contribuirán con un cinco por ciento (5%) de su sueldo básico mensual con destino a la Sanidad respectiva, el cual será invertido en la prestación de los servicios médico- asistenciales señalados en el artículo anterior, de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno.
