De la sentencia se concederá apelación en el efecto suspensivo, y el recurso se sustanciará como el de juicio ordinario, pero si el demandante, habiendo sido favorable la sentencia, prestare caución de pagar los perjuicios en caso de revocación, la apelación sólo se concederá en el efecto de devolutivo.
