Destinación Porcentajes. Dichos porcentajes serán destinados respectivamente a financiar el Plan de Servicios de Sanidad Militar de los afiliados no sometidos al régimen de cotización, de los cotizantes y sus beneficiarios afiliados al Subsistema de Salud de las Fuerzas Militares; y para financiar los servicios de salud derivados de Accidentes de Trabajo y Enfermedad Profesional del personal militar y civil activo al servicio del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional afiliado al Subsistema de Salud de las Fuerzas Militares, no perteneciente al régimen de la Ley 100 de 1993.
