Secretaría Técnica. La Secretaría Técnica de la Comisión Intersectorial de Justicia del Ejecutivo -CIJE, estará a cargo de la Dirección de Justicia Formal del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho o quien haga sus veces. La Secretaría Técnica propondrá para aprobación y expedición de la CIJE un proyecto de reglamento sobre el funcionamiento de la Comisión.

Parágrafo

Las entidades que componen la CIJE colaborarán armónicamente con la Secretaría Técnica en el suministro de la información o la rendición de informes que ésta les solicite.
