Art. 143. Tan pronto como se termine el contrato que para la administración del Observatorio Astronómico celebró el Gobierno con el señor José María González Benito, la administración de este establecimiento quedará a cargo del Profesor de Astronomía de la facultad de Matemáticas, el cual se obligará, con fianza, á responder de los enseres que reciba.
