° Facúltase al Gobierno para designar funcionarios de Institución Penal Aduanera distintos a las previstos en el Decreto número 700 de 5 de marzo de 1954 y concordantes. En tales casos, la Jefatura de Investigación y Vigilancia de los procesos será señalada por el Ministerio de Justicia.
