° Cuando hubiere necesidad de cargar o descargar una embarcación o de solicitar el permiso de zarpe, u otro servicio cualquiera de las Intendencias o Inspecciones Fluviales, en horas inhábiles o días feriados, el Capitán de la embarcación o el Agente respectivo ocurrirá por escrito al Intendente o Inspector en solicitud del permiso correspondiente.
