Las contribuciones al fondo de los particulares se invertirán en forma que Estos indiquen, y la destinación de los aportes de los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarias, Distrito Especial de Bogotá, Municipios y Entidades que de estos dependan, solo podrán ser invertidos en territorio de su respectiva jurisdicción. En cuanto a emprestitos se estará a lo previsto en los contratos.
