Art. 9º. El auto de la conferencia amigable se verificara en dos sujeciones, en dos días útiles consecutivos, a la hora y por tiempo por el que el juez determine. Si por urgente ocupación del juez o de algunas de las partes, o del vecino, se interrumpieren las conferencias, el juez señalara nuevo día, que será uno de los lugares siguientes.

Si alguna de las partes no concurriere oportunamente a continuar la conferencia se prescindirá de esta, y en este caso, a cuando no produjere el avenimiento entre las partes, el termino para contestar la demanda correrá desde el día siguiente útil, sin necesidad de que el Juez así lo declare.
