En los lugares en donde no existieren Recaudadores de Hacienda Nacional, la consignación de este impuesto deberá hacerse en la respectiva Oficina de Correos y Telégrafos, la cual incorporará el ingreso en la cuenta que rinda a la respectiva dependencia de la Contraloría. Queda en estos términos reformado el artículo 15 del Decreto 92 de 20 de enero del año en curso.
