ARTICULO 29. REGIMEN DE CONTRATACION. La Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes tendrá el régimen de contratación previsto para el Fondo Rotatorio de Prevención, Represión y Rehabilitación del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes por el artículo 23 del Decreto 494 de 1990, adoptado como legislación permanente por el Decreto 2272 de 1991.
