Los vehículos eléctricos y de cero emisiones estarán exentos de las medidas de restricción a la circulación vehicular en cualquiera de sus modalidades que la autoridad de tránsito local disponga (pico y placa, día sin carro, restricciones por materia ambiental, entre otros), excluyendo aquellas que se establezcan por razones de seguridad.
