ARTICULO 4.3.2.3. SALA GENERAL. La Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores estará integrada por las siguientes personas: -El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o el Viceministro de Hacienda, cuando así lo disponga el Ministro, quien la presidirá. -El Ministro de Desarrollo Económico o el Viceministro de Desarrollo cuando así lo disponga el Ministro. -El Superintendente Bancario. -El Superintendente de Sociedades -Un miembro designado por el Presidente de la República -El Superintendente de Valores, quien tendrá voz pero no voto.
