º . Para evitar el inmediato y directo impacto en las tarifas, el efecto tarifario que resulte de la aplicación del artículo anterior se realizará en forma gradual, comenzando a partir del primer día calendario que corresponda al mes inmediatamente siguiente a aquel en que quede en firme la resolución que modifique las tarifas y hasta la fecha de vencimiento del período de vigencia de las fórmulas tarifarias o el momento que determine la propia Comisión.
