Art. 650. Las fundaciones de beneficencia que hayan de administrarse por una colección de individuos, se rejirán por los estatutos que el fundador les hubiere dictado; i si el fundador no hubiere manifestado su voluntad a este respecto, o sólo la hubiere manifestado incompletamente, será suplido este defecto por el Presidente de la Unión.
