El nombramiento o elección de Magistrados de la Corte Suprema de justicia, de Magistrados de los Tribunales de Distrito Judicial, de Conjueces y Jueces Superiores de Distrito Judicial, Jueces y Fiscales de Circuito y Jueces Municipales, que deban funcionar en el mismo Distrito, se hará por el sistema que rija en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 45 del Acto legislativo número 3 de 1910.
