º La financiación de los programas de investigación del sector de la minería, especialmente de metales preciosos y carbón, que sean propuestos por el Comité y acogidos por el Ministro de Minas y Energía y las Juntas Directivas de Carbones de Colombia S.A., Carbocol, y Minerales de Colombia S.A., Mineralco, se hará con cargo a los recursos de los Fondos de Fomento creados por los Decretos 2656 y 2657 de 1988.
