º . Modifícase el artículo 1º del Decreto 02 de 2001, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 1º . Ordénase la emisión a través del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, de 'Títulos de Tesorería TES Clase B' hasta por la suma de catorce billones seiscientos mil millones de pesos ($14.600.000.000.000) moneda legal colombiana, destinados a financiar apropiaciones del Presupuesto General de la Nación de la vigencia fiscal del año 2001".
