Limitaciones al régimen . El Director de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales podrá limitar o restringir parcialmente las operaciones de tránsito aduanero, cabotaje o transporte multimodal cuando considere que con ellas se está promoviendo o incendiando el contrabando de mercancías o la evasión de tributos aduaneros.
