Fíjase el cómputo del presupuesto de ingresos de los Establecimientos Públicos Nacionales para el año fiscal el 1° de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1986, en la cantidad de quinientos treinta y seis mil doscientos noventa y siete millones seiscientos cincuenta y siete mil pesos ($536.297.657.000) moneda legal, descompuestos en los siguientes conceptos:
