ART 182. Los que públicamente usaren pesas y medidas sin dichas marcas y señales, perderán dichas pesas y medidas que con tal defecto usaren, y pagarán una multa igual al triplo de los derechos que, conforme á la ley, deben pagar por la postura de la marca.
