ARTICULO 77 . Solicitud de retiro. Los oficiales, suboficiales y personal del nivel ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional, podrán solicitar su retiro del servicio activo en cualquier tiempo, el cual se concederá cuando no medien razones de seguridad nacional o especiales del servicio que requieran su permanencia en actividad, a juicio de la autoridad competente.
