º . Adiciónase el artículo 1º del Decreto 695 de 1983 con el siguiente

Parágrafo

No se consideran armas y municiones destinadas a la defensa nacional los uniformes, prendas de vestir, textiles, material térmico, carpas, sintelitas, menaje, cubiertería, marmitas, morrales, chalecos, juegos de cama, toallas, ponchos y calzado de uso privativo de las Fuerzas Militares y de Policía Nacional".
