Articulo 1° A partir de la fecha de este Decreto los diplomas que se expidan legalmente para ejercer profesiones universitarias en las materias de Ingeniería Civil, Mecánica Eléctrica, Química, Minas, Geología y Petróleos, Industrial, Derecho, Arquitectura, Medicina, Agronomía, Odontología, Economía y Finanzas, Filosofía y Letras, Farmacia, Química y Farmacia, Veterinaria, Economía Industrial y Comercial, y profesiones análogas, serán refrendados por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional y el Secretario General del Ministerio.
