Adiciónase Con El Siguiente Parágrafo Transitorio El Artículo 61 Del Decreto 975 De 2004: “parágrafo Transitorio: Los Dineros Destinados Por Las Cajas De Compensación Familiar Al Fondo De Subsidio De Vivienda De Interés Social, Fovis, Durante La Vigencia De 2004, Se Asignarán A Los Postulantes De La Primera Prioridad Hasta El 31 De Marzo Del Año 2005”

Parágrafo transitorio

el artículo 61 del Decreto 975 de 2004: “

Parágrafo Transitorio

Los dineros destinados por las Cajas de Compensación Familiar al Fondo de Subsidio de Vivienda de Interés Social, FOVIS, durante la vigencia de 2004, se asignarán a los postulantes de la primera prioridad hasta el 31 de marzo del año 2005”. Una vez cumplido el plazo establecido, se dará curso a atender la segunda y tercera prioridad señaladas en el artículo 68 de la Ley 49 de 1990".
