Concurrencia de las Instituciones de Educación Superior en los estímulos e incentivos. El ICETEX promoverá acciones para que las Instituciones de Educación Superior contribuyan al fortalecimiento del sector, mediante su aporte y apoyo a través de estímulos financieros y no financieros complementarios a los ofrecidos por el ICETEX para aliviar la condición de los potenciales estudiantes y de los beneficiarios con crédito educativo, promoviendo y facilitando la permanencia y graduación.
