Decreto 147 de 2024 · por el cual se crea el Mecanismo Especial de Seguimiento y Evaluación de las Políticas Públicas (MESEPP), para la superación del Estado de Cosas Inconstitucional en los municipios de Riohacha, Manaure, Maicao y Uribia, del departamento de La Guajira y, se deroga el Decreto número 100 de 2020.
