Quien exporte con el lleno de los requisitos legales, productos nacionales en cuya manufactura se hubieren incorporado partes o materias primas importadas que hayan cubierto impuestos de aduana, tendrá derecho a que se les otorgue licencia para importar, libre de tales gravámenes y de depósito previo, una cantidad igual de aquellas partes o materias. Este derecho conferido por el presente articulo deberá ser ejercitado dentro del término de un año, contado a partir de la fecha de la respectiva exportación, y podrá ser cedido por el exportador al fabricante de los productos.
