En desarrollo de la administración, contratación y ejecución de los recursos de la participación indígena en los ingresos corrientes de la Nación se dará aplicación preferencial a las normas especiales sobre indígenas consagradas en la Constitución Política, la Ley y de conformidad con sus usos y costumbres.
