Los prestadores de servicios de alojamiento turístico deberán llevar el registro de los huéspedes, a través del diligenciamiento de la Tarjeta de Registro de Alojamiento en el sistema que, para todos los efectos disponga el Gobierno Nacional.
La tarjeta de Registro Alojamiento es prueba del contrato de hospedaje.
