Durante la vigencia de 1949 los gastos que ocasione la comisión de ingenieros encargada de la consecución y despacho de materiales de que tratan los Decretos números 1421 y1883 de 1948, se atenderán con imputación al Capítulo 110, artículo 2166 del Presupuesto vigente, o con la apropiación o apropiaciones que para tal efecto se liquiden posteriormente.
