Art. 33. Determinado el aforo, el Secretario de Hacienda del Departamento hará publicar, con un mes de anticipación, la invitación á remate en la cual se exprese : el lugar, el día y la hora designados para el remate, la Junta á quien corresponde la adjudicación, las condiciones del contrato y las bases que deben cubrir las propuestas. Tal invitación se publicará cuatro veces consecutivas en el periódico oficial, se fijará en un lugar público de cada distrito y se promulgará por bando en cuatro días de concurso, comprendidos dentro del término arriba señalado.
