Art. 13. Habrá cinco depósitos de materiales, útiles, sustancias, máquinas y herramientas de telégrafo, uno en cada una de las ciudades de Bogotá, Cúcuta, Cali, Bucaramanga y Barraquilla , á cargo del respectivo Administrador de Hacienda, los cuales no podrán entregar nada á los empleados del ramo, sin órden expresa y prévia de la Secretaría de Fomento. El Depósito central de Bogotá estará á cargo del Jefe de la Seccion do Telégrafos nacionales y del Oficial 1.° de la misma Seccion, en los términos del decreto número 467 del presente año.
