Art. 5.° Habrá en la Escuela un Consejo Directivo que se compondrá y funcionará de la manera como se disponga en los reglamentos que, con aprobación del Ministerio de Guerra, deberá dictar el primer Rector de la Escuela dentro de los treinta primeros días de la apertura del Establecimiento.

Para lo relacionado con el régimen económico de la Escuela, el Consejo se compondrá del Director, el Subdirector, el Síndico y un Profesor designado por el Gobierno.
