Para los efectos del artículo anterior, el Tribunal o el Consejo de Estado avisarán inmediatamente la imposición de la multa al respectivo administrador Nacional de Hacienda, quien, a su vez, dará cuenta al Ministerio de Gobierno y al respectivo Gobernador, del hecho de no haberse consignado el valor de la multa, para que dichos magistrados decreten la conversión.
