° El impuesto de timbre sobre vehículos se seguirá recaudando por las entidades de que trata el artículo 52 de la Ley 14 de 1988. En el caso de la salida al exterior de nacionales y extranjeros residentes en el país, el impuesto de timbre se continuará recaudando por el Fondo Aeronáutico Nacional, de conformidad con el-artículo 22 de la Ley 20 de 1979.
