En los casos de que trata el inciso primero del artículo anterior, cuando así lo ordene el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, todos los concesionarios del servicio de radiodifusión sonora deberán retransmitir las informaciones de carácter oficial que emita la Radiodifusora Nacional de Colombia o encadenarse a ésta.
