El Gobierno hará erigir el busto del patricio en uno de los parques capitalinos, con esta inscripción grabada en el pedestal:

"A Oscar Terán, centinela de la Patria, el Congreso de 1936" .

Se incluirán en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia las sumas que requiera el cumplimiento de esta Ley.
