En el presupuesto de gastos del Ministerio de Salud Pública, Capitulo 197, el Gobierno Nacional incluirá las partidas necesarias para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley, quedando facultado el Gobierno para que, con los fines indicados, haga los traslados y abra los créditos necesarios.
