º . Compensación Ordinaria. Para efecto de la aplicación de la Ley 1233 de 2008, se entiende por compensación ordinaria la suma de dinero que a título de retribución, recibe mensualmente el asociado por la ejecución de su actividad material o inmaterial, la cual se fija teniendo en cuenta el tipo de labor desempeñada, el rendimiento o la productividad y la cantidad de trabajo aportado. El monto de la compensación ordinaria podrá ser una suma básica igual para todos los asociados.
