º Prohíbese realizar excavaciones tendientes a descubrir objetos de los señalados en el artículo 1.º de este Decreto, Sin previo permiso del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, el que deberá solicitarse por conducto del respectivo Alcalde Municipal. El Ministerio, al conceder el permiso, dará las normas que considere convenientes para impedir la destrucción o pérdida de los objetos que pudieren encontrarse, así como también determinará la forma más técnica como deberá realizarse la excavación.
