Los oficiales y suboficiales que adquieran incapacidades al realizar actos que impliquen violación de la ley, reglamentos u ordenes superiores, no tendrán derecho al ascenso al grado inmediatamente superior, ni al pago de indemnización alguna, al menos que se allegue el informativo correspondiente que los declare exentos de responsabilidad.
