Devolución a la cuenta bancaria. Los valores objeto de devolución por ser giros del Presupuesto Nacional, serán entregados por la Nación al beneficiario titular del saldo a favor a través de abono a cuenta corriente o cuenta de ahorros, para ello el beneficiario deberá entregar con la solicitud una constancia de la titularidad de la cuenta corriente o de ahorros activa, en una entidad vigilada por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, con fecha de expedición no mayor a un (1) mes.
