Prueba trasladada. Las pruebas practicadas válidamente en un proceso podrán trasladarse a otro en copia auténtica y serán apreciables sin más formalidades, siempre que en el proceso primitivo se hubieren practicado a petición de la parte contra quien se aducen o con audiencia de ella.
