° Decláranse terminadas las funciones de la comisión nombrada por decreto número 874 de 1929, y compuesta por los señores Gobernador de Antioquia, Comandante de la 4ª. División y doctor Carlos E. Restrepo, para la organización de los festejos y ejecución de los trabajos que deben llevarse a cabo en las poblaciones de Ríonegro y Concepción, y adscríbense dichas funciones a la Gobernación del Departamento de Antioquia.
