°. Destinase la cantidad de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00) moneda legal, como auxilio, extraordinario a la Comisaria Especial de Arauca, para que ésta de cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto sobre expropiaciones.

Parágrafo 1

El auxilio de que trata, este artículo ingresará al Presupuesto de la Comisaría Especial de Arauca y será administrado de acuerdo con las normas respectivas.

Parágrafo 2

Por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, se abrirá al crédito administrativo correspondiente para el cabal cumplimiento de este Decreto.
