Para el ejercicio de las actividades de monitoreo, seguimiento y control de que trata el Decreto 028 de 2008 sobre los recursos del Sistema General de Participaciones, correspondientes al sector de agua potable y saneamiento básico, se aplicará lo dispuesto en el Decreto 2911 de 2008, el Decreto 2613 de 2009 y demás normas que los adicionen, modifiquen o sustituyan.
