Las parcelaciones que se hagan de las tierras expropiadas según esta Ley, se harán pagando el precio de contado o a plazos, o por el sistema de cuotas de amortización, o constituyendo sobre ellas derechos reales como usufructo, enfiteusis, etc., por períodos hasta de cincuenta (50) años.

Ninguna parcela tendrá una extensión mayor de veinte (20) hectáreas.
