Cálculo Actuarial

Cálculo actuarial. La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro presentará para la respectiva aprobación del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público - Dirección General de Presupuesto, el cálculo actuarial correspondiente a los pasivos pensionales de que trata el presente capítulo.

Parágrafo

En el evento en que se encuentren personas no incluidas en el cálculo actuarial, el Fondo de Pensiones obrará de conformidad con el artículo 139 de la Ley 1753 de 2015. El Fopep deberá cruzar cada seis (6) meses, la nómina general de pensionados con el cálculo actuarial respectivo. (Decreto 2773 de 2001, artículo 9°; ajustado de conformidad con la Ley 1753 de 2005, artículo 139) CAPÍTULO 9 ASUNCIÓN POR PARTE DEL FOPEP Y DE LA UGPP DEL PASIVO DEL FONDO DE PASIVOS SOCIALES DE LA EMPRESA PUERTOS DE COLOMBIA
