Los empleados, funcionarios o corporaciones públicos que extiendan en papel común los actos, documentos o diligencias que deben extenderse en papel sellado, o en papel con estampilla de timbre nacional, o que usen papel o estampillas de valor inferior a los prevenidos en este Decreto, sufrirán la pena de que trata el artículo anterior, que les impondrá también la autoridad superior que tenga conocimiento del hecho.
